1. Raw Materials
We select the best raw materials from their origin . Focus on quality and sustainability - economy and environment - took us, from very early on to seek suppliers who share our values . We travelled to Egypt to find the best cotton yarn; which allows us to develop high quality products, never forgetting the trends and needs of our customers.
2. Design
We develop all our products in our team of designers specialized in Home Textiles products. This team designs and monitors the entire production process of our products - from weaving to manufacturing . Our internal design department looks for the latest market trends and develops Piubelle products based on trends and identified needs. We are inspired by and in Nature; We are influenced by its purest elements, which stand out in our graphics.
3. Weaving
After selecting the raw materials - mainly Egyptian cotton , extremely high quality – we produce Jaquard fabric or plain fabrics in our weaving. In our opinion , this is one of the production processes of major importance. We have the capacity to produce more than 2M meters of fabric annually , which become more then 1,2M of home textile products.
4. Manufacturing
We have a network of about 35 partners who, together with Piubelle produce in Portugal all the range of brand products. We manufacture, embroider, dye and do all sorts of finishing work both in our home textile collections, and in our customers' private label.
5. Distribution
We have the right partners in all parts of our business, including distribution. Our extensive world-wide customer network includes distribution in 5 continents, in countries as different as the United States , Japan, Sweden, Australia , Chile and Argentina, among many others.
